Chutes AI Error 403 Fix

Chutes AI Error 403, 404, 500 and Network error Fix

I believe I’ve figured out the issue (this is based on my own experience after trying everything with no success).

First, it seems to be caused by older devices and outdated cache or app versions (like Google Chrome, etc.), which results in Cloudflare blocking your access.

The recent update introduced the “Just a moment” screen powered by Cloudflare. If your device is up to date (Android 10+), it now automatically verifies you as human, meaning it clicks the “Verify if you’re human” button for you. This automatic process is happening for most users.

However, on older devices, this verification doesn’t happen automatically, causing Cloudflare to block the connection and fail to load the content. This leads to a glitch commonly known as Error 403, where access is denied because the system can’t authorize you.

This error occurs more frequently on laptops compared to mobile devices.

If you’re on macOS or Windows:

Try updating your browser and system versions.

I understand — it’s expensive to buy a new phone just to keep up. That’s why I’m suggesting that the Cloudflare “Just a moment” verification should be removed, or at least provide an option to bypass it manually(only devs can do this). The older version allowed us to reload messages, edit prompts after sending, and didn’t rely so heavily on automatic verification.

Second, if you are still getting a 403 error with Chutes AI, it might be because you are accessing it from the EU. Chutes.ai doesn’t work in EU countries—or at least in some of them—as well as in a few other countries. In this case, you’ll need to use a reliable VPN.
